We've reserved our tour basically last-minute. Our guide, Kristian, was there exactly at the booked time. It was the 3 of us walking along the paths, he was patient, knowledgeable, extremely friendly and more than happy to answer any of our questions, he's also good at taking pictures! He has shared quite a bit of insight into the history of the park that we wouldn't have otherwise known. All-in-all, we had a great time, and are more than glad that we've booked and got him as our guide. I recommend everyone to come and visit off-season as there are less tourists, everything's cheaper, and you might get a one-on-one guide as we did, which is really nice.

We were a group of 2 Colombian Matrimonos. As good Paisas (from Medellin) we made friends easily and during the long trip, we got to know each other very well and became friends with a Spanish couple, who live in Santander, North of Spain. The tour with our spectacular guide Samantha, we were able to learn about the history of such great lakes. We were amazed with all that beauty. .... Committed to RETURN !!!!
