Staff were friendly lots of beautiful foods comfortable would like to see some lying recliner chairs as we were waiting there for 7 1/2 hours will be nice to lay relax more but overall was great experience

Plaza lounge itself was good, very crowded but well serviced by the staff. Didn't like the fact I had to download an app to access my ticket at all.

It was nice to have a hot shower. But the lounge was far too crowded.... nowhere to sit, people wandering around with plates of food and being unable to sit down to eat! Very little comfortable'lounge' chairs to relax in. I had a 3 hour pass but did not want to stay that long as it was too noisy and too busy.
