After a long flight overnight the plaza premium first lounge was just the thing while we transferred to another flight. The complimentary shower was great and just what we needed to freshen up. The lounge was peaceful and the food and service fantastic. Recharged and ready for the next part of our trip. I would definitely recommend this as part of your journey.

We actually ugraded to the First Premium Plaza lounge and it was fine, not like other lounges but the food was good, you can take a shower and can book a 10 minutes massage. There is however no possibility to put your legs up or sleep somewhere. No silent room where you can rest a bit. But overall a good experience.

I had to pay twice for the lounge for two people because I made my first reservation at 8 a.m., but I meant 8 p.m. I realized my mistake immediately, but the company wouldn't listen to me, so I had to make a second reservation for 8 p.m. and pay a second time. I find that very, very dishonest.

The service was good. When we arrived at the lounge it was quite crowded and there was less seating room / lounge wees then expected. When we asked a employee, he immediately helped us for the good seating and cleaned the table that was not in use.

The service was good, I would have preferred a better selection of food and I found a hair in my salad. On a positive note ;the lady in charge of the bathrooms facilities was very helpful to me. I asked if I could use the disabled shower because I have a stoma bag and she kindly let me. As a goodwill gesture I would like a partial refund on my payment. Only one of us got to use the lounge because of the way our tickets had been booked. We didn't realise this until we go to the service desk. We were travelling through KL because of the the trouble in the Middle East. Also finding a dark hair in my food wasn't good. I didn't have time to complain because I was in a rush.
