So easy to book the tickets online. We arrived at the KL Tower and we're immediately escorted to the elevator. The view from the top was not the best due to the haze from the fires in Indonesia. We really enjoyed the KL Tower anyway.

Highly recommend viewing at night time, especially for the twin towers, the view of the city lights is fantastic. KL tower offers great views during the day time too.

An amazing experience from start to finish! Buying tickets online was quick and easy, and entry on-site was hassle-free thanks to the mobile ticket. The view from the top of the Kuala Lumpur Tower is breathtaking, especially at sunset when the city gradually lights up. The staff was welcoming, and the clear signage made the visit very easy. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

The food is really good, the place is amazing, we were made to feel very welcome, and the front desk staff were happy to let us take our photos even though it was already past closing time.

Luggage and personal bags larger than 16” x 16” x 8” are not allowed at KL Tower.

Professional photo/video shoots require prior approval.

Drone photography is not permitted unless authorized.

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller-friendly.

Additional information

Guests are required to check in using the MySejahtera app.

Due to a strict maximum capacity limit, all guests are required to join the mandatory queue at KL Tower to book their time slots.

Tickets can be used on another day if they remain unscanned due to weather conditions.

If the venue is closed due to bad weather or any other reason, please coordinate with the venue to obtain a refund or extension form directly from them.

The Sky Terrace will remain closed in case of inclement weather conditions.

After the ticket is scanned, guests must visit the KL Tower ticket counter to collect a reschedule slip.

Rescheduling is permitted within 7 days from the original visit date.

No cash refunds will be provided in the event of rain.

Kuala Lumpur Tower New Year’s Eve 2026 (Dec 31, 2025): The tower will operate from 9am to 7pm, with last admission at 6pm; no entry will be allowed after 6pm, and all visitors must exit by 7pm.
