Premium lounge is centrally located and the staff at check in were friendly and helpful. Although a busy lounge, my husband and I were able to find comfortable seats to spend our 3 hr transit. The food and snacks available were good and therefore we felt the value of purchasing the lounge passes was excellent.

Generally good. Small but not too crowded lounge. Comfortable chairs. Good service. Woiuld have been nice to have more seletcion of wines and proper champagne.

I was lucky to book with Headout First Class Lounge. Their amenities and the price both were commendable. The food and drinks were well stocked with a variety of options. The cleanliness of the place and the aesthetics also was pleasing. Maybe a few loungers/ recliners would be a great addition. I stayed there for 14 hours so definitely was missing that bit.

I had to pay twice for the lounge for two people because I made my first reservation at 8 a.m., but I meant 8 p.m. I realized my mistake immediately, but the company wouldn't listen to me, so I had to make a second reservation for 8 p.m. and pay a second time. I find that very, very dishonest.

After a long flight overnight the plaza premium first lounge was just the thing while we transferred to another flight. The complimentary shower was great and just what we needed to freshen up. The lounge was peaceful and the food and service fantastic. Recharged and ready for the next part of our trip. I would definitely recommend this as part of your journey.

We purchased tickets for the first class lounge; When we arrived we're directed to the incorrect counter without the attendant even checking our ticket. After waiting for a period of time, we were finally served and told that we'd were at the wrong counter and would have to queue up again at the other counter. Instead of just checking us in, we were told we had to move over to the other counter, which was also empty. When we mentioned this was not made clear and that the lady has not bothered to check in order to direct us to the correct queue, we were dismissed and made to feel that our complaint was inadequate. Once inside, the experience was pleasant.
