My experience in the lounge was wonderful. I had booked it for 3 hrs. I had a lovely massage too. The food looked amazing. The staff there couldn't do enough for me. So polite and caring.

The lounge was quiet with comfortable seating which we needed with a long wait at the airport . The shower was excellent without a wait and we had a complimentary massage . The food was average and we had expected better for the price . The staff were pleasant and the service was good. The adjoining Lounge looked very busy so we were glad we paid extra for the First Lounge despite the mediocre food .
