The 3 Parks pass was great. Easy to use and convenient. The presenters at the penguin parade were excellent and informative. The penguin parade itself was made quiet stressful due to the amount of people using their phones to take pictures, even though they were told of the harm it caused the penguins and the organisers supplying quallity pictures to download. This needs to be better policed or even better, a total ban on bringing mobile phones to the event. It is a true shame that these selfish actions took away from the beauty of the night.

From start to finish ,enjoyed every moment, welcome from staff on arrival 😀, plenty of souvenirs to choose from 🤩 Lots of information for people to obtain from volunteers inside before entering the walkway to the beach 🙋‍♂️ And of course the information from Staff once we sat in our positions to wait for the Penguin 🐧 Parade to start ,what beautiful creatures they are . Totally memorable the whole experience! Very affordable for everyone we paid $33 wonderful night 🌙 ✨️

The event itself was great. The host and organisers obviously take their work seriously and care about the wildlife and all money from tickets goes to preservation and research efforts. However, there are too many people and many guests are taking photos and videos even after they've been explicitly asked not to multiple times. It all just seems a little bit too much activity for the penguins when they are just trying to get home. I think limiting the amount of people would be a good idea.

The staff were super friendly and informative and had a real passion for the penguins. We also had a lovely chat with a team member about the bandicoot we saw and received loads of information about them. The downloadable photos and videos are a great idea as you can't take your own I thought that was a nice touch. So much care is taken to look after the penguins and make sure they feel safe while arriving, it was really special to see. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Penguin Parade was excellent - wide walkways and clear instructions from friendly and helpful staff - who were plentiful and easy to identify. Experience slightly negative from the patrons who consistently continued to take photos despits information and best efforts from staff. Maybe it needs to be a no phone/ no camera entry to the parade so the evening can be enjoyed by all, in the moment, rather than jumping up to take photos. Never enough women's toilets

The Penguin Parade at Phillip Island was an unforgettable experience. Watching the little penguins emerge from the ocean at sunset and waddle across the beach to their burrows was incredibly cute and heartwarming. The viewing areas are well organized and respectful of the penguins’ natural habitat, making it a special way to see wildlife up close while supporting conservation. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in Victoria.

Today we visited the beautiful Penguin Parade, and it was such a memorable experience for our family. Even though the weather was a little rainy and cool, it actually made the evening feel more special and magical. The whole area is very well organised and easy to walk around. The staff and rangers were friendly and helpful, guiding visitors and explaining how to respect the penguins and their natural habitat. The viewing areas were comfortable, and everything felt very well managed. The best part was, of course, watching the little penguins come out of the ocean and walk across the beach to their burrows. Seeing these tiny penguins waddling in groups was absolutely adorable. Even in the light rain, they kept coming, and everyone around us was so excited and happy. It felt like a very unique moment in nature. We also appreciated how much care is taken to protect the penguins and the environment. The rules about no photography and keeping quiet help make sure the penguins feel safe, which is very important. Despite the rainy weather, the experience was peaceful, beautiful, and unforgettable. Sometimes the rain even added to the atmosphere, making the evening feel calm and natural. Overall, it was a wonderful family outing and something we would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Victoria. If you love wildlife and nature, the Penguin Parade is truly a must-see experience. 🐧🌧️✨

The site design was impressive and well maintained. I took my 24 year old nephew who is visiting from Yoronto had a great time and was thrilled to see the fairy penguins. The well back was well lit and we were able to see the little penguins making their way to their burrows. The joy shown by my nephew enjoying the excursion made my day too. Thank you Headout. The prompts and reminders from Headout was also helpful.

The ease of booking, thank you. The wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly and funny personnel! The beautiful architecture of the building and surrounding walkways! The enormous carpark! The only feedback we can give for improving the experience is to explain the importance of the NO photos policy when taking bookings. It is so disappointing to see people disregard that simple request.
