Special Thanks to Soundar Garu – A Truly Unforgettable Experience at Petronas Towers We are incredibly grateful and thankful to Soundar Garu for giving us an unforgettable lifetime memory during our visit to the Petronas Towers. He personally took us inside for a special dining experience and showed us around with such attention to detail and warmth. What made this experience truly special was that he guided us to areas that are not open to the general public, giving us a rare glimpse into parts of the towers many people don’t get to see. We even got to visit the Malaysian Petroleum Club, which was an absolute highlight! Soundar Garu is not only incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, but also very friendly and helpful. He made us feel completely at home, and our conversations with him over a lovely meal made the experience even more meaningful. Thanks to him, we didn’t just visit the Petronas Towers—we lived an experience that we will cherish forever. Truly, this was a once-in-a-lifetime moment, and we feel so lucky and honored to have met someone like him. Thank you once again, Soundar Garu! We will always remember your kindness and hospitality.

Treated like a VIP from start to finish. This so exceeded our expectations. We never realised that this was a meal in the exclusive members only club with only two other guests! Outstanding views from the sky bridge and restaurant and the knowledgeable Soundars was personally attentive throughout. Ignore the 1 star reviews, the food was delicious and 5 star but be aware there is a strict dress code which is made crystal clear as this is a members only club The one star reviewers clearly don't understand this and would be better placed at a McDonald's restaurant...... just do it you'll love it! We had a great time with our guide Mr Perumal.He explained every thing about the towers before start.We were taken by a express lane and it was upper deck of the bridge which other are not allowed. The lunch was fantastic .Hope to visit it again with our family members.
