• Download your ticket and audio guide (if opted) on your smartphone prior to your visit to fully enjoy it.

• It's recommended to wear comfortable shoes as this experience involves a fair amount of walking.

Pena Palace

• An Android (version 5.0 and later) or iOS smartphone is required to access the audio guide. The audio tour is not compatible with Windows Phones, iPhone 6 or older, iPod Touch 6th generation or older, iPad 4th generation or older, iPad Air 1st generation, iPad Mini 3rd generation or older.

• Access to this monument is not authorized to private vehicles. We recommended the use of pedestrian trails or public transportation.

• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Quinta da Regaleira

• Keep in mind that drones are not allowed in this experience. Pack wisely!

• Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography and tripods are a no-go inside the venue.

• Suitcases, trolleys, and bag-packs are not allowed inside the venue.

• Guide dogs are permitted.

• Wheelchair access is available in certain areas; however, some parts of the Palace and park may be challenging due to uneven terrain and stairs.

Quinta da Regaleira

Pena Palace

• The attraction may be crowded, so expect some waiting time, especially at the security checkpoint (15–20 minutes).

• Your selected time slot is for entry to Pena Palace. Since it’s about a 30-minute walk from the park entrance to the palace, make sure to arrive early. Late arrivals may be denied entry.

• Please use the house tour entrance instead of the main gate.

• Private vehicles are not permitted, so visitors should use pedestrian trails or public transport.

• About 30 km from Lisbon, Pena Palace sits in Sintra, where parking is available in the historic center or outer lots, though spaces can be limited.

• The shuttle service covers roundtrip transfers between the park entrance and Pena Palace.

• Reduced tickets for children aged 6-18 and seniors aged 65 and above are available onsite.

Quinta da Regaleira

• If you can, avoid driving into Sintra; the streets are narrow, parking is limited, and traffic can be challenging, especially in peak season.

• Should you drive, park in Sintra town center and enjoy the 30-minute scenic walk to Quinta da Regaleira. Public transport is your best bet to get to Quinta stress-free.
