Quinta da Regaleira

• During the summer months, it is recommended to bring hats/caps to protect from the sun, and water for hydration due to high temperatures.

• For the audio guided tours, bring your own headphones and ensure that your smartphone is fully charged.

• Download your ticket and audio guide (if opted) on your smartphone prior to your visit to fully enjoy it.

• It's recommended to wear comfortable shoes as this experience involves a fair amount of walking.

Pena Palace

• An Android (version 5.0 and later) or iOS smartphone is required to access the audio guide. The audio tour is not compatible with Windows Phones, iPhone 6 or older, iPod Touch 6th generation or older, iPad 4th generation or older, iPad Air 1st generation, iPad Mini 3rd generation or older.

What's not allowed

• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Pena Palace

• Access to this monument is not authorized to private vehicles. We recommended the use of pedestrian trails or public transportation.

Quinta da Regaleira

• Keep in mind drones are not allowed in this experience. Pack wisely!

• Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography and tripods are a no-go inside the venue.

• Suitcases, trolleys, and bag packs are not allowed inside the venue.

Pena Palace

• Note that you must enter Pena Palace (not the gate, but the Palace) at the time slot assigned to you, or you may not be able to access the venue.

• Please note that you will have to enter from the house tour entrance and not the main gate.

• While the Pena Palace complex includes both the palace and gardens, there's still a short walk to the palace itself from the main entrance. The path is paved, climbs a bit, and can take 30 minutes.

• There is an expected wait time of 15-20 mins at the entrance/security to scan the ticket.

• You can park your car in the historic center of Sintra or the peripheral car parks available.

• There are parking lots at the park entrance but may be limited depending on the number of visitors.

• If the transport option is selected, the transfers included for this experience are between the main entrance of the Park and the Palace. A shuttle is available every 15 minutes.

• Reduced price tickets for children aged 6-18 and seniors aged 65+ are available onsite.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.

• Please arrive at the redemption point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your tour to avoid any delays.
