Audio Guide to the National Palace of Pena & Park

Was a great experience however I only got 1 audio guide for Pena Palace only. The audio guide wasn't very helpful either. I just paused it to read the available description in each room as I found it to be more informative.

Underwhelming castle. There are many more better ones to explore

The visit is great. It needs to be better explained where to park and how to get there.

I loved the palaces. My problem was with the tickets. After buying the 3 tickets, they sent me a message to whatsApp telling me to click on "see the tickets". When I did so, 3 QR codes appeared for La Quinta de Regaleira, which I assumed would be the tickets, but when we got there the person who was there told us that it was not valid and that we should go to the box office. We had to wait in line. We saw it happen to more people. At the Palacio do Pena, also, we had problems but, the guy who was there, got into the ticket office and solved it for us.

Both experiences were great, but my enjoyment of Quinta da Regaliera was impacted by not receiving the correct audio guide, and the cumulative frustration from trying unsuccessfully to resolve and not having information about what I was seeing. I felt ripped off from paying for something that I didn't receive.
