Audio Guide to the National Palace of Pena & Park

Was a great experience however I only got 1 audio guide for Pena Palace only. The audio guide wasn't very helpful either. I just paused it to read the available description in each room as I found it to be more informative.

Underwhelming castle. There are many more better ones to explore

The visit is great. It needs to be better explained where to park and how to get there.

It was easy to book the tickets - and get information about what to expect for the visits. It was also easy to receive the tickets online.

Both palaces and their parks are absolutely amazing. Please note future visitors NOT to decide and take the 32 minutes gentle downhill walk that google maps shows. It took two and a half hours on steep uphill and downhill slopes that would make a gecko scream for help! And many of the marked routes were blocked or the gates closed so I just had to go on and try to find new routes. Tell everyone to get a cab. At Regalios the gate staff was just awful and rude. Did not understand why the qr-code on the app was not good enough why I had to find the pdf ticket with the same qr code on what they generously accepted to scan at the end. By that time I was exhausted, hungry and thirsty, just a touch of friendliness could have made wonders.
