Audio Guide to the National Palace of Pena & Park

Superb combined tour. We really enjoyed Quinta de Regaleira and spent two wonderful hours there. We would have liked to have had a little more time between the two visits (allow two hours between the two mini-tours) as the distances are long and impossible to cover on foot. The tour of Pena Palace is also very enjoyable but more traditional! It would have been nicer to have brought a picnic.

The tour of Pena Palace and Quinta da Regaleira was beautiful. The postcards of the tours take you to another time where the natural environment is magical, like Portugal. The way to get there from Portugal is easy and fast. Already on the tour of the park, the palace takes you to the history of the country and allows you to enter into the daily life of the families who lived there. I did the whole tour of the nature reserve on a drizzly day, which made the experience even more extraordinary. I arrived at Regaleira through the wooded environment and then toured the gardens of the quinta. The audio guides are an adequate tool to make the visit in an autonomous way. Highly recommended.

After searching online I found your offer for Pena Pakace and Castle of the Moors to be the most economical and the buying process was easy to navigate, purchase was seamless. Thank you for mentioning on the ticket that it takes 20-30 minutes to arrive at the enterance to the castle after you enter the park, and the time you book for is your enternece time to the castle - not the park.

The palace is spectacular. You have to climb a hill before entering but there is a minibus to get to the door. If you are pressed for time don't even think about it. Walk up the hill. From Sintra take a transport because it is an hour walk and very steep slope, down is easier. The audio guide offered here is not worth it.

The Palace is a marvel but we paid more for the audio guide and it turns out that the entrance to the Palace includes a free audio guide. It was also a very foggy and rainy day so we couldn't enjoy the views or the gardens... but that's not the fault of the Palace or headout! It was still worth it!
