Well, since the experience did not happen, I did not love anything about it. I was not informed via call, text, or email in advance and wasted time and money to get to the catacombs. I understand there is a strike and that's out of your control, but the lack of communication is well within your control. Also, I'm getting this email to give feedback and I haven't received a response from my email today when the tour didn't happen.Giles
