Once we’d bought the tickets, there was nothing left to do when we arrived on the day. The lady scanned them with her phone, gave us a wristband, and that was that. The museum—which, to me, isn’t really a museum but more like a small city amusement park—was nice, but too crowded, and I was frustrated that I couldn’t buy a miniature version of the (unfinished) puzzle that was upstairs. But it’s worth a visit.

Overall, it was a very positive experience; all the staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There were a few attractions that weren't great, but overall everything was very interesting.

Very entertaining, my two grandchildren aged 7 and 9 loved it. They tried to understand the different optical illusions and are already planning to go back. Well done to the whole team, who explain everything with great patience and attention! And help you take great photos.

Very engaging for the children, and also the parents. The exhibits were great and showed a fantastic insight into the paradoxes of life. The illusions were great as well. My family thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

It's too complicated for someone my age, and I don't like having to download the app onto my phone, which, by the way, doesn't have enough storage space anymore!

It was a fun experience with some really cool attractions. The website mentioned it would be a 90min experience but we got through in just over 30mins and done every interactive item except the "defy gravity" as the line was long
