Main Entrance (Calle Dueñas)
The official entrance is located at Calle Dueñas 5, in Seville’s Santa Catalina neighborhood. Look for the grand palace gates just north of the Santa Cruz district, a short walk from Plaza de los Terceros. The entrance is step-free and fully wheelchair accessible, with wide doors and a gently sloped ramp leading into the ticketing area. Staff are available to assist with audio guide pickup and entry procedures. Please have your digital or printed ticket ready for scanning at the gate.
Regular Hours: Open daily from 10:00am to 6:00pm (April–September) and 10:00am to 5:00pm (October–March).
Last Entry: Final admission is 1 hour before closing time.
Special Closures: Closed on January 1 & 6, December 25, and December 30–31. Shorter hours may apply on December 24 and 31. The palace may also close temporarily during extreme wind conditions for safety.
Free Entry: Free admission is offered on non-holiday Mondays, but advance online reservation is mandatory due to limited capacity.
Complimentary audio guides are provided for all visitors in multiple languages. Pick up your device at the entrance.
A souvenir shop is located near the exit, offering postcards, books, and ceramic gifts.
Toilets are available for visitors inside the palace grounds.
