The information and check in procedure at the company where the tickets were bought were very professional and informative. The guide followed us to the parliament telling stories and facts. We were handed over to an official guide from the parliament who guided the group and told facts and stories about the construction and function of the building. She was a professional and perfect guide.

The guide and the tour were great, but the location details were wrong. We were at the agreed meeting point, which was apparently changed at short notice and had to walk around the palace for 20 minutes at 36 degrees and only found the new correct entrance by luck and chance (no sign, no indication) and only just managed to catch up with "our" group.

Thank you and we will call on you again, the experience was very pleasant and very interesting, it's a pity that the tour was a bit short because some of the sights that we had to reach were closed because there were some demonstrations there and we couldn't see everything but what we saw was interesting and pleasant, thank you again
