• Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be shared.

• Multiple tickets in one booking cannot be used separately.

• The pass is valid for one person only and activates on first use.

• If the validity expires during travel, you may exit once without issues.

• Activated tickets within their validity may be used for alternative transport during disruptions.

• Tickets cannot be refunded after activation or expiry.

• All tickets in one booking activate together when first used.
