The Night Safari was awesome, we went on the train ride, saw the theatre presentation and went on the walk. The facilities are outstanding BUT the online ticketing process especially the method required to get the required Entrance QR code from a Voucher is a nightmare. We almost gave up, like us there were other tourists who didn't have the facility to print the QR Tickets but in todays day and age the current process is archaic and cumbersome. This is borne out in other reviews

The staff at Mandai Wildlife were friendly and helpful. The attractions were well maintained and presentation was excellent. I would plan the day. There is SO much to see and do at each attraction that trying to do them in a day is not possible. I'd do two attractions a day and spend quality time in each. Take a hat, fan and a pinch as the weather changes constantly. Don't forget a comfortable pair of shoes.

We had taken 6 park 5 day pass which was available at Headout only, which saved us around 4000-5000 Indian Rupees and gave us flexibility to explore all the 6 mandai parks at our own pace..the entry was also flawless at all the entry point with the tickets provided by the Headout, only at the exploria they gave us manual tickets after scanning Headout vouchers...highly rocommended

We are very excited about our tour. We first walked the hiking trails and then took the tram at the end. The night safari has a great atmosphere when you walk through the night with the soundscape and the animals you can see The night zoo is very well organised, everything is well signposted and the staff are very friendly and helpful The tour is really recommended

We started with the tram ride to listen to the narration as we slowly travelled around the enclosures. Then it was time to hit the walking trails to get up close and see other animals not visible from the tram. It was great to see the nocturnal animals active that would normally be sleeping during a day time visit. Definitely worth a visit!

Loved visiting Gardens by the Bay and Night Safari. The Gardens were spectacular. We were lucky to see their lilium showcase and would definitely visit again to see the different displays. A great experience with lots of unique animals showcased during the Creatures of the Night show. The line for the tram moved reasonably quickly and we were surprised by the mumber of animals that were active and visible. The audio guide was informative and overall it was a great experience. The intense heat & humidity meant we left earlier than planned. Definitely need to return to experience all that was on offer.

What to bring

Bring along a water bottle, an umbrella, and mosquito repellent as the park is mostly outdoors.

Wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes since exploring the trails requires a fair amount of walking.

What’s not allowed

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the park.

Flash photography should be avoided as it may disturb the animals.

Re-entry is not allowed after leaving the park.

Accessibility

This experience is wheelchair and stroller accessible.

Wheelchairs are available free of charge at the venue, while strollers can be rented for a small fee.

Night Safari also provides guest facilities such as nursing rooms and first-aid stations.

Additional information

Booking your preferred entry time slot for the Night Safari admission ticket is mandatory. Please follow the instructions on the booking voucher to reserve your time slot.

Reserve seats for the Creatures of the Night presentation (7:30pm, 8:30pm, or 9:30pm) up to 2 hours before showtime. Click here to reserve your slot.

The Multi-Language Tram boards only at Tram Station 5. Arrive 10–15 minutes early, as tram timings are fixed. Trams arrive approximately every 15 minutes.

Mandai F&B vouchers are valid only at participating Mandai-operated dining outlets inside the parks.
