We had taken 6 park 5 day pass which was available at Headout only, which saved us around 4000-5000 Indian Rupees and gave us flexibility to explore all the 6 mandai parks at our own pace..the entry was also flawless at all the entry point with the tickets provided by the Headout, only at the exploria they gave us manual tickets after scanning Headout vouchers...highly rocommended

Loved visiting Gardens by the Bay and Night Safari. The Gardens were spectacular. We were lucky to see their lilium showcase and would definitely visit again to see the different displays. Night Safari was unique. It was interesting to see the animals in their enclosures at night. Liked the "Safari" tour and the animal presentation.

It was my first time ; the special moments were of course the wonderful animals we were lucky to see fairly up close. The staff were v pleasant and timings of the tram rides were smooth and efficient.

The night safari was amazing!! Entry into the zoo was super prompt and there was basically no queue for the tram ride which was really good. The view of the animals was also fantastic.

Nice , organized , but still far from some animals I enjoyed seeing them specifically elephants and lions. For me the best was the white tiger I did not see before

A great experience with lots of unique animals showcased during the Creatures of the Night show. The line for the tram moved reasonably quickly and we were surprised by the mumber of animals that were active and visible. The audio guide was informative and overall it was a great experience. The intense heat & humidity meant we left earlier than planned. Definitely need to return to experience all that was on offer.

A fantastic and hassle-free way to explore Mandai We had a wonderful experience booking the Mandai 6-Park Access with the Adventure Ticket through Headout. The booking process was simple and straightforward, and having the tickets arranged in advance made planning our day much easier. I took my parents for the night safari. My father was enjoying and recording a lot! But my mother, she said, "This is the most incredible experience I ever had in my life." That means something for me. That is why I enjoyed it. It was the best thing a son can hear from her mother.

Booking your preferred entry time slot for the Night Safari admission ticket is mandatory. Please follow the instructions on the booking voucher to reserve your time slot.

What to bring

Bring along a water bottle, an umbrella, and mosquito repellent as the park is mostly outdoors.

Wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes since exploring the trails requires a fair amount of walking.

What’s not allowed

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the park.

Flash photography should be avoided as it may disturb the animals.

Re-entry is not allowed after leaving the park.

Accessibility

This experience is wheelchair and stroller accessible.

Wheelchairs are available free of charge at the venue, while strollers can be rented for a small fee.

Night Safari also provides guest facilities such as nursing rooms and first-aid stations.

Additional information

Booking your preferred entry time slot for the Night Safari admission ticket is mandatory. Please follow the instructions on the booking voucher to reserve your time slot.

The slot booking should be done from the link on the voucher.

Reserve seats for the Creatures of the Night presentation (7:30pm, 8:30pm, or 9:30pm) up to 2 hours before showtime. Click here to reserve your slot.

The Multi-Language Tram boards only at Tram Station 5. Arrive 10–15 minutes early, as tram timings are fixed. Trams arrive approximately every 15 minutes.

Mandai F&B vouchers are valid only at participating Mandai-operated dining outlets inside the parks.

Night Safari operates daily from 7:15pm to 12am (last entry: 11:15pm). Entry turnstiles open at 6:30pm.
