CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5I loved absolutely everything! It was one of those experiences you keep in your heart forever. If I had to choose what I liked best, it was that dual perspective of London: first from above and then from the water, as if the city were telling me two different but equally fascinating stories. On the London Eye, the highlight was reaching the top just as the sun began to bathe everything in golden light. Seeing Parliament, Big Ben, and the river winding its way between bridges from inside that glass capsule was simply breathtaking. I stood in silence, pressed against the glass, feeling as though all of London lay at my feet. That calm in the air, that controlled sense of vertigo, that 360° panoramic view… it was pure magic. But the cruise down the Thames was the other side of the coin—and perhaps what moved me the most. Passing under Tower Bridge while feeling the murmur of the water, seeing the reflections of the lights dancing on the current, and hearing the sounds of the city from river level connected me to the true heartbeat of London. It was much more intimate, more alive. The guide told stories as the sunset took over the sky and the historic buildings paraded by on both sides as if in a dream.NNatalia F
FamilyVerified booking6 days ago4/5This experience was the highlight of our trip to London—being able to see all of London from above and then take a boat ride to London Bridge... the kids had a great time. Plus, since the kids were already tired from walking, it was a great way to sightsee with them without leaving them completely exhausted. The only downside is that they don’t explain clearly where the outbound trip is headed. You might take the boat from the London Eye and end up on the other side of London… and then have to figure out how to get back on your own. They let us reboard at London Bridge to head back to Westminster.HHanumath A

FamilyVerified bookingLast week4/5I was confused that your organization was not directly linked with the London eye organization. We were helped by the staff at customer service who were excellent. We had a very good morning on the river as well. The sales pitch for tips at the end was a little embarrassing.UUwe M
GroupVerified bookingLast week5/5A river cruise on the Thames is a "must" when visiting London! But the highlight was, of course, the ride on the London Eye. Since we booked in advance, there was no waiting in line and no stress. Highly recommended.
