The palace and grounds were amazing. Loved all of the art but especially went for the Klimt pieces. Crowds definitely not as bad as Schönbrunn. All in all, a great visit.

I spent almost three hours at the Kunsthistorisches Museum and the time passed so quickly. The collection of paintings is outstanding, and I was very captivated by their beauty. The museum itself has a calm atmosphere that makes it easy to enjoy art at your own pace. I also came across a seismogram measuring the ground vibrations of the museum, which was a fascinating and unexpected detail. Even though I visited on a weekend, it wasn’t overly crowded, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

+1 more

It was really nice experience but the day was hot and the ventilation in the museum was poor. We were sweating from the start to finish. Windows were open, but the air in the building was too warm. And also the amount of all taxideřied animals was a bit concerning. Was it all for the museum? Or were they killed for "fun"? I don't know, but it wasn't ver pleasant to see all the dead animals. I really appriviate the Venuse tho. That was nice. And also the kids zone at the top flore.

Incredible treasures. We visited fairly early on a weekday and it was very quiet which meant we could easily admire and read the information labels.

We arrived quite early and before the groups, so our visit went well. The sheer quantity of religious objects is not easy to grasp.

Museo bello e ben tenuto. Personale molto gentile. I biglietti ricevuti via mail erano errati, causa vs. errore interno, e la ragazza che ci ha accolto ha provveduto a fare il cambio immediatamente. Consiglio la visita. Soprattutto con i bambini.
