I booked everything through Headout, and I’d like to thank Sahil Kumar, who handled a last-minute booking issue by working on it after 10 p.m. the night before our departure. (We were leaving at 4 a.m., just six hours later.) Good service, and the activities on the site are great. We don’t regret our four purchases on the site for a trip to Barcelona, and compared to Get Your Guide, I found it cheaper with people to talk to in person if there were any problems. It’s my go-to now whenever I need to travel.

Seamless activation

To exchange your e-ticket for a physical ticket, visit any ticket redemption point. Details will be sent to your inbox after booking is complete.

Some attractions may require booking in advance. Remember, your pass must be valid on the day of the reservation.

Validity: Before activation, your pass is valid until December 31, 2026. Your pass is activated as soon as you visit your 1st attraction and is valid for the number of 24-hour periods chosen. For example, if you select a 72-hour pass and visit your 1st attraction on Monday at 3pm, your pass is valid for the next 72 hours, that is, till 3pm on Thursday.

The card can be used to access an attraction only once.

The pass cannot be used by another person.

Opening hours, terms, and conditions of certain attractions may sometimes vary. It is recommended to check the website(s) of the attraction or museum before your visit.

You will receive an email with your Barcelona All Inclusive Card: Museums & Transportation ticket voucher instantly. Please take your e-voucher to any of the ticket redemption point and redeem your e-tickets for physical tickets.

The ticket can be redeemed at any of the Tourist information offices between 8:30am and 8:30pm (unless indicated otherwise). Please proceed to any of the following locations to redeem the tickets:

Plaça Catalunya: 17, Basement.

Aeroport de Barcelona: Airport terminals T1, T2 and metro lobby L9

Mirador de Colom: Plaça Portal de la Pau, s/n.

Plaça Espanya: Plaça Espanya, s/n - Avinguda Maria Cristina (November-June open daily between 9am and am; July-September, open daily between 8:30am and 7:30pm).

Sagrada Familia: Plaça de la Sagrada Família (November-June open daily between 9am and 3pm; July-September, open daily between 8:30am and 7:30pm).
