The wind was causing the dirt the cover us and there was no shelter. The pillars were behind scaffold and whilst preservation work is important it detracted from the experience.

Our tour of the acropolis and museum was fantastic. We learned so much and it was so worth it having a guide to teach us things and help us navigate the giant historical landmark. Our tour guide, Angela, was amazing and had so many interesting facts about the history of Athens, its people, and Greek mythology. Big shout out to her for giving us a fantastic tour!

Awesome but as a tourist who Carrie's coins on them for the bathroom. Lol in this day of cashless transactions it's as antiquated as the ruins

This museum was founded in 1986 with the aim of housing the collection of Cycladic and Ancient Greek art belonging to Nicholas and Dolly Goulandris. The couple collected greek antiquities dating back to 5,000 years ago. These uncover ancient Greek mythology through sculptures, terracotta figurines, and painted vases. The Cypriot Antiquities on the other hand comprise prehistoric figurines, gold jewelry, sculptures, inscriptions, and pottery. Museum Of Cycladic Art

Facilities: Wheelchair Accessibility.
A maximum number of visitors allowed into the Museum has been defined. The Museum's Security Staff will ensure that the allowed number is observed in all the exhibition rooms and common areas.
For safety reasons, coat check is temporarily closed. No large bags allowed in the Museum.
The MCA has no parking facilities and the Kolonaki neighborhood is densely populated.
