Once it was determined that we were part of the tour, we were told it did not include Torcello when it was on our ticket. We bought the tour for the whole experience of all three islands and it was on our ticket so this was misleading. The next thing that was frustrating was that the guide was difficult to understand on the intercom system and lacked inflection in her voice to engage the audience. She quickly became background noise for the whole ferry/boat.
