MUCEM Marseille Tickets

An interesting visit, but not a memorable one! 1) the architecture of the museum, which I had wanted to discover for a long time... 2) the exhibition on the treasures of the collections, which didn't thrill me at first (I often prefer to walk around a museum and discover things at my own pace) but I liked the concept and the way it was staged 3) the "le grand mezzé" exhibition, and in particular everything to do with Mediterranean culinary culture and the history of the diet, which I didn't know anything about

When we arrived at an off-peak time slot, the girl's cutter wasn't needed, but an hour later it was!

The building with its superb skin, the location, a very sympathetic gentleman seen 2 times at the entrance to 2 exhibitions who took the time to explain to us the different places which are difficult to understand for a 1st visit....and the tapestry exhibition.

Efficient wire cutter. A sticker makes it easy to visit all the exhibits without having to take out your pass every time.

Air conditioning !!!!! The exhibitions are really well presented, especially BRAVALO, a touching exhibition that reconciles us with travellers. You always have to know foreigners to love them. Bravo for an exhibition that achieves its goal. Less convinced by the roof terrace because of the heatwave, it's terribly lacking in shade.

Très facile à utiliser et bien passé... après petite inquiétude que ce ne soit pas une arnaque (achat du coupe file mais pas de l'entrée)

Ease of ticket purchase, on-site parking (but it really should be made clear that there is on-site parking, and the exact address should be indicated on the site and in the brochures).

Nous avons vu deux expos très intéressantes, il y avait peu de monde. Après un moment agréable sur la terrasse, visite de la boutique, et ensuite nous avons emprunté la jolie passerelle pour nous rendre au fort Saint-Nicolas, où une autre expo nous attendait. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir du MUCEM, en attendant d'y revenir.
