A lovely day early into my Tokyo visit. Our guide Wanting Was highly knowledgeable, funny and really nice. Her English was better than mine! The trip was enjoyable in a comfortable and airy coach. Everywhere we visited was interesting and the scenery was wonderful. Sadly mount fuji wasn't visible. Due to clouds, although it did try to make an appearance and I think Wanting was genuinely disappointed for us . Obviously, nothing can be done about the weather. Wanting was very patient with stragglers and I loved her positive and determined attitude to give us a good day, so thank you for that. In all we had a lovely day with some memorable experiences. Highly recommended.

I had the most incredible experience on the Mount Fuji Guided Day Tour with Lake Ashi Cruise and Hakone Ropeway, and a big part of that was thanks to our wonderful guide, Ms. Wanting. Senor Tom (Our Tour Guide), made our trip one of the top class and memorable. He was very humble kind and knowledgeable. Our Tour was fantastic, full of zeal and enthusiasm. I had a chance of meeting tourists from various countries, it was really momentous. Pirate Ship trip was fascinating as were tasting black eggs. Was sad coz of non appearance of Mt. Fuji (however I'll again visit in December January or March April, as guided by Senor Tom). Overall it was a memorable trip.

We had a wonderful tour to the Mount Fuji area with our guide, Kousei. From the very start, he was friendly and cheerful, making everyone feel welcome. He explained the plan for the day and gave clear directions for meeting points, which made everything run smoothly. Kousei knew all the best spots for photos and was always happy to take pictures for us. He also answered every question with great knowledge and enthusiasm. One of the highlights of the day was trying the famous black egg, and we felt especially lucky to enjoy such clear visibility of Mount Fuji – a truly unforgettable sight! Overall, it was an excellent experience and we would highly recommend this tour, especially with Kousei as your guide. Our tour guide jack was amazing! He was trilingual and made sure everybody knew what was going on and where to look and where the best pictures were, we also got to see the entirety of Mount Fuji and take pictures. Overall, one of the best experiences I got to have in my stage in Japan, even if you aren't as lucky as us to be able to see all of Mount Fuji the way the tour is set up is perfect and definitely an amazing experience.

I really liked the tour. We were lucky to go during a clear sky day. Not many clouds so we could see Fuji a lot. Our Guide Tom is very good Person. Explained a bit the history behind all the sites we visited. We also went on a weekend special holiday. So everything was a bit overcrowded. And there was lot pf traffic. But still fun.
