Absolutely incredible experience hiking Mount Batur with Headout! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organised and stress-free. The pickup was right on time, and our guide was not only knowledgeable but also super friendly and encouraging throughout the climb. The hike itself was challenging but completely worth it — reaching the summit just in time for sunrise was honestly one of the most breathtaking moments I’ve ever experienced. The views were unreal, and having a warm breakfast cooked with volcanic steam at the top was such a unique touch! I really appreciated how safe and supported I felt the entire time, especially in the darker early morning hours. The guide made sure everyone stayed together and set a comfortable pace for the group. If you’re thinking about doing the Mount Batur sunrise hike, I couldn’t recommend Headout more. It was seamless, memorable, and easily one of the highlights of my trip!

Kadek my tour guide was amazing!! He was so friendly, patient. He is a perfect if you need a private tour which i highly recommend for a beginner- intermediate level.(to take your time so you don't feel the pressure) If it's your first time or have done a few easy hikes this is a medium level hike. The way down was more challenging for me than the way up. So I ended up taking the motorcycle down safely. (Additional Cost service- it's a different company you need to negotiate)

Our Mt. Batur trek was easily one of the most fascinating experiences of our trip! The hike itself was beautiful and exciting, but what truly made it unforgettable was our incredible guide, Roman. He kept the entire trek fun and relaxed, chilling with us the whole time while sharing fascinating insights about the volcano, the landscape, and the history of the area. He also took really amazing photographs of us at the peak. His enthusiasm and knowledge made every step of the hike feel like an adventure. A special thank you as well to Deekwanm and Siwan, who showed us around the rice terraces and the waterfall afterward. They were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful throughout the day, making sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. Their warmth and cheerful energy made the whole experience even more special. If you're planning to trek Mt. Batur, I highly recommend this team. Amazing guides, beautiful places, and memories we’ll never forget!

The experience was great, it started with a goos communication with my driver Andi and a punctual pick up, all the time he was on time and really nice company. The hike with my guide Agus was amazing, even though it was not my best day in the mountains he keep the group together, wait for me and gave me time to settle down and continue. The hot springs after hike was more than amazing, help to relax all the body with a nice view and finishing the day with one of the best coffee plantation. Andi and Agus perfect team!

Start early, before dawn. You’ll be picked up from your hotel in a shared or private vehicle, depending on your ticket. Drive to the base of Mount Batur, where your guide will greet you. Show your booking confirmation and ID at the entry point. Quick security check before the trek begins—no large bags or outside food allowed.
