GroupVerified booking6 days ago5/5We were a group of 7 with two separate bookings, and the team was incredibly kind to merge our reservations so we could share the entire experience together. A huge shoutout to one of our drivers, Ronald—he is a truly wonderful person with a big heart and amazing energy. For the jeep ride, Wilhelma was our driver and guide; he was so sweet and shared a lot of interesting facts with us along the way. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side, so we didn't get a clear view of the sunrise. However, the rest of the tour more than made up for it! We were completely blown away by the immense expanse of the Black Lava. Riding the ATV quads through the volcanic landscape was an absolute blast and we had so much fun. We also really enjoyed the visit to the coffee plantation. It was super interesting to learn about the coffee-making process, see a Luwak, and enjoy a delicious tasting of various local coffees and teas. Throughout the whole trip, every single person we met was genuinely kind, welcoming, and ready to answer any questions we had. Highly recommended!MMarianna M

CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago4/5The Jeep driver, Ryan, was amazing! He puts his heart and soul into his work and really looks out for his “passengers.” 5 stars! Wira, the driver, was also great! He really went above and beyond. He came up with some creative ideas and surprised us. 5 stars here, too! Thanks to both of these great drivers! The sunrise and the lava field are absolutely beautiful, interesting, and well worth seeing. The coffee tasting is okay if you’ve never done it before and would like to try some Luwak coffee. However, it’s not free, as they’d have you believe. But it’s affordable. Of course, this isn’t actually a plantation, and the coffee isn’t produced there either. It’s all just a show for tourists. You can only imagine what really goes on with the Luwak cats… so in my opinion, this shouldn’t be supported. The hot springs definitely get 0 points. We’ve never seen anything so disgusting, dirty, unhygienic, and neglected in our entire lives. The fact that tourists are still being brought there is a damn outrage on the part of the operators! All the showers are completely—and I mean completely—moldy; the restroom facilities, without exaggerating, certainly haven’t been cleaned in years. The “mats” on the floor—or what’s left of them—are green, dirty, and slimy. There are no showers outside. So everyone goes into the pool without showering. The changing rooms stank so badly from the people who had changed there that it was as if they hadn’t washed in weeks. And then everyone goes into the pools… this facility should be shut down!!! We didn’t go swimming!SSoukaina A
CoupleVerified booking2 days ago5/5We spent a wonderful morning on this excursion to Mount Batur and we are really delighted with our experience. A big thank you to Kupit, our first driver, who picked us up from our hotel and accompanied us with great kindness and good humor. He is very friendly, punctual, and drives really well. We really enjoyed chatting with him and were very happy to have him as our driver. He also accompanied us for the Luwak coffee tasting and then brought us back to our hotel safely. We would also like to thank Patrick, our jeep driver and guide. He was kind. He took the time to accompany us, explain the different places to us, and take photos of us 📸❤️. We are very satisfied with the excursion, the organization, and especially the kindness of Kupit and Patrick. An experience we will keep with very beautiful memories of Bali. 🌋🌅🇮🇩 Thank you again to both of you for this wonderful morning! 🙏❤️ We highly recommend this excursion!
