Our driver Mr. Ismail arrived even earlier than the scheduled pickup time and patiently waited for us with great courtesy. From the start, his professionalism, calm driving skills, politeness, and excellent English made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Mr. Ismsil even recommended great photo spots and happily waited while we took pictures, never rushing us. His hospitality truly stood out. At Mount Batur, our jeep driver Mr. Agus took over, and he was simply fantastic. His driving skills on the mountain terrain were outstanding, making us feel completely safe throughout the journey. What amazed us even more was how enthusiastically he took hundreds of photos for us like a professional photographer, ensuring we captured every special moment without hesitation. Mr. Agus also shared fascinating stories about the volcanic lava fields and the history of Mount Batur, making the experience both educational and enjoyable. His English was excellent, and his friendly nature made us feel like we were touring with family rather than just a guide. The coordination between Mr. Ismail and Mr. Agus was seamless. We didn’t have to wait even a minute when transitioning from the car to the jeep and back — everything was perfectly organized. Overall, this tour was well managed, trustworthy, and delivered genuine customer care. Start to the last , everything was super smooth .. hotel pick-up taxi driver contacted 12 hours before the trip .. the agency itself reminded for the trip in Whatsapp .. hotel pickup driver came 30-40 mins before the schedule .. it was New Toyota Rush , comfortable enough .. The driver was interactable and friendly .. At the jeep meating point , they offered tea/coffee first which wasn't mentioned in the itinerary .. The Most important part is , Our Jeep guide ...bro what a man he was .. he was very friendly and welcoming .. asked us, are we okay in every 5 mins ..he gave us breakfast .. explained about the tour and jeep.. he parked the car in a perfect spot .. took us photos ( man , personally thank you so much for those amazing shots ) .. after that he took us to the black lava point .. finally he dropped us to the first taxi driver again .. The final thing is , it's a must do thing Bali .. I find them responsible and also affordable ...

The tour was amazing! The sceneries were breathtaking and refreshing! The tour guides were so considerate and always accommodate to us. Andi Putra is the nicest, most caring and genuine person we've ever come across! He always does his best to make sure that we are well taken care of and we are comfortable. He also sacrifices his comfort for ours. He even offered us to connect our phones to his car to play our own music and let us adjust the volume. Overall it was a 10/10 experience and we would 100% recommend this to our friends. Best Bali experience!

Me and my partner were picked up at 3:30am by Kadek Putra, he was very kind and was very knowledgeable in the area as we drove towards the mountain, he then introduced us to our jeep driver Agus who was a great driver leading us up the mountain, the view and experience was incredible, Agus took many great photos of us at the top and it was an overall incredible experience, we then went back down to where the lava had effected surrounding villages decades ago. Would highly recommend! Kadek Putra and Agus made the trip very memorable 🙏🏽

Myself and my partner had a fantastic trip to Mount Batur with our very friendly drivers Wi and Bayu. From start to finish they were accommodating, welcoming and very knowledgeable. We chose to get a jeep ride instead of hiking, so much easier! We love our pictures and think Wi should take up a job as a photographer! Thank you guys so much, would definitely recommend if you’re planning on visiting Mount Batur.
