We got picked up from our villa by Kadek Dwika, who made us feel very comfortable and safe in his car. We where then handed to Riski our tour guide for the day who explained what we where doing and when. Risky was very helpful and again made us feel comfortable and safe. Taking lotscof pictures for us without even asking. Riski took it upon himself to learn a lot about the history of Mt Batur and informed us of all his knowledge. Both Kadek and Riski could not have been any more helpful and friendly. Start to finish everything ran smoothly and was in our own time, we never felt rushed. Very good experience, highly recommend.

Nick did an incredible job with the 4x4 drive up Mt Batur; he’s a skilled driver and a skilled photographer who made the ascent both safe and the experience at the summit memorable Excellent service all around.
