What’s not allowed

Marineland

• Keep in mind that dogs and other animals, weapons, radios, skateboards, bicycles or scooters, and smoking are not allowed on this experience.

• Picnics are prohibited at Marineland for safety and cleanliness reasons. There is a free picnic area near the park reception. Supervised groups have a designated lunch area.

Aquasplash

• Keep in mind sharp metallic tools or objects and alcohol are not allowed in this experience.

• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

• Full-length swimming costumes, bathing dresses, pareos, jeans, jogging suits, and briefs worn under swimming shorts are strictly forbidden. Topless swimming is forbidden.

• Safety is a priority so some experience is restricted for guests under the height of 1.20 mm unless accompanied by an adult.

• This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

• Visitors with pre-existing medical conditions, health problems, injuries, or illnesses that may be triggered or worsened by park activities should not participate.

Marineland

• A valid ticket is required for park entry. Tickets that are soiled, damaged, or illegible will not be accepted.

• Please keep your ticket with you throughout your visit and be prepared to present it to staff when requested. The parks have the right to remove any visitor who cannot provide a valid entry ticket.

• An adult must accompany minors at all times during their visit to the museum.

• To re-enter the parks on the same day, obtain a forearm stamp from the staff at the exit and present your initial access pass when returning.

Aquasplash

• Children between the ages of 2 and 10 should not walk around the park on their own, nor should they go on any of the attractions without the continuous supervision of their accompanying adult.

• Any non-swimmer must be easily identifiable, i.e. wearing the mandatory armbands or life jacket and the red wristband supplied upon admission to Aquasplash.

• Swimming costumes (one or two pieces) and swimming shorts are allowed, but they shouldn't go below the knees. Lycra or waterproof T-shirts are permitted, but they must cover only above the elbows. Keep the head and neck clear during slides to avoid the risk of strangulation. No other clothing is allowed while swimming.

• Parents or guardians need to check the rules for each attraction, including age, height, and weight restrictions, before letting children use them.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
