The venue and getting the tickets from you wasn't a problem - the problem for us was that it took two hours to go on two slides it was that packed. We expected to queue and knew it would be a very busy but MANY people were pushing through the queues and the only way to combat that would to have pushed through the queues too. This must always be an issue but there was no marshalling - it must have been a lot worse for young children queuing. To add to this annoyance it costs TEN EUROS to park - the price was high considering the entrance fee - if it was two or even up to five euros I'd have forgotten about it but ten was a lot. I spoke to a manager there - who offered a free visit the following day - which was good of him but they didn't seem to be concerned about the vast amount of people who just pushed in queues.

Good welcome, helpful staff. One drawback: the restaurants only offer junk food, no balanced food for our children. The Pizzeria had no salads at 1pm.

Adult supervision is recommended for children between the ages of 2 and 10.

Any non-swimmer must be easily identifiable, i.e., wearing the mandatory armbands or life jacket and the red wristband supplied upon admission to Aquasplash.

Swimming costumes (one or two pieces) and swimming shorts are allowed above the knees. Lycra or waterproof T-shirts covering the elbows are permitted. No other clothing is allowed while swimming.
