You could see all the sights, and you could get on or off at many stops—it was very well organized. Sometimes the headphones didn't work, or the commentary didn't start until after we had already passed the sight.

It's very convenient to explore the city on the hop-on, hop-off buses, especially on a hot day. The highlight is definitely the included visit to the cathedral with its rooftop terrace.

The bus tour itself was very interesting and I formative. However, half of the headphone outlets were broken and the rest were only in mono - not stereo.

The audio was a little off key as when it said look left and you'll see a particular monument or something it was either too early or too late and I saw nothing of significance except what I considered photo worthy myself. It was a very hot day and of course in an open tip bus there's no air conditioning 🙃

Ticket is received as a voucher to changed in the Bus, the first line, they dont know how to do App with bus location and timing innacurate , sometime shows 5 min then bus comes after 20 min, or show 12 min, then bus passes front of you and no time to go to the stop Change of route Audio guide not synchronized and some seata connectors not working Bus driver drove suddenly on left lane, I had just time to jump aside to avoid branches of the trees in the face 2nd line was much better

What I liked best was that there were four tours. However, the tour schedules were shortened, so we had to wait longer. Also, some of the buses didn't arrive at the scheduled times because of heavy traffic.

Malpensa Express is located under Terminal 1, a few minutes walk from the arrivals area, located on the ground floor, while all areas needed for departures are located on the first floor. Milan Central station is the main interchange with all public transport services and lines to cities like Rome, Florence, Bologna, Venice, Naples, and Salerno.
