    Great experience from start to finish. The booking process was simple and smooth, and the tickets worked perfectly with no issues at the entrance.     Was fine to buy the tixkets online. The bad part was that we waited 45 minutes for our time slot and when we came to the museum, nobody cared we have this time slot and we had to go to the end of the queue which was much longer than before.

    Unfortunately we had a ten minute stop at Stop1 whilst the driver had a long chat with one of the agents, leaving the passengers under the midday sun. Some of the passengers got irate and were shouting at him to get moving. It spoiled the trip and the whole ambiance.
