The Prado is excellent but the entry system is not. Even with pre booked timed tickets we had to wait outside on a very cold day for over 30 minutes. The entrance for pre booked tickets is a narrow side door with a single security screen X-ray machine immediately inside the door. This compares very badly to other museums we have visited that have covered waiting areas and multiple X-ray machines

I enjoyed the whole tour. The Goya and Velázquez rooms are excellent and their lighting highlights the details of both the Aragonese and Sevillian painters. Great room also where you can enjoy the great paintings both for quality and size. The painting of the execution of the insurgents in Malaga is impressive.

The only thing I can say is that it was a bit cramped, but the time period, it was not too bad. Thank you sooo much. I will definitely recommend your establishment to all.
