Guide was very knowledgeable. Tour time was delayed by 1 hour, but less than 24 hrs notification was given disrupting my schedule. Also the earphones were low quality making it difficult to hear some of the explanations. It would help if guide spoke directly into the mic instead of pinning on her shirt. This would minimize background noise and also avoid changes in sound quality caused by the natural movement of the head while speaking.

The guide turned out to be very knowledgeable and shared a lot of great information with us. I highly recommend it, especially since it meant not having to wait in the huge line for admission tickets. Besides, the museum itself is so vast that reaching the exhibits we were most interested in on our own would have been very difficult.

Tour Guide José Javier from Cadiz was excellent. There were 6 persons total for our tour -- 3 adult men and 3 ladies > 70 -- which we requested to be in English. José never skipped a beat; he chose art selections which appealed to all of us. A well-versed, live guide was much better than the impersonal audio guide offered at the museum. 5 ⭐️ to José!
