The tour was interesting and enjoyable. I went with 13-year-old Nina, and the guide managed to keep her engaged so this journey through Spanish history didn't feel tedious. Very good.

Last week

Guide was very knowledgeable. Tour time was delayed by 1 hour, but less than 24 hrs notification was given disrupting my schedule. Also the earphones were low quality making it difficult to hear some of the explanations. It would help if guide spoke directly into the mic instead of pinning on her shirt. This would minimize background noise and also avoid changes in sound quality caused by the natural movement of the head while speaking.

Tour Guide José Javier from Cadiz was excellent. There were 6 persons total for our tour -- 3 adult men and 3 ladies > 70 -- which we requested to be in English. José never skipped a beat; he chose art selections which appealed to all of us. A well-versed, live guide was much better than the impersonal audio guide offered at the museum. 5 ⭐️ to José!

Excellent organization and service. They respect the tour's start time, and if you don't have many days, you make the most of what you see and what the guide tells you. They give you headphones so you don't miss a thing, and best of all, everything the guide says is 100% enjoyable.
