We bought our tickets in advance to avoid waiting in line, and I recommend doing the same. Our visit lasted over three hours, and the audio guide came in very handy. Perhaps the only downside is that there are quite a few rooms.

Nice museum. Quite busy. The Headout audio tour we purchased wasn't very good. No clear route and lots of different voices. The information in the audio tour is quite superficial. I wouldn't recommend it; just use the museum's audio tour, which is also cheaper.
