the Louvre is definitely one of the richest and most beautiful museums. I had a bit of difficulty finding my way around, despite having a map of the museum, because the countless staircases and different floors, without an outlined "path", create a lot of confusion ( also given the large number of visitors present). One therefore runs the risk of finding oneself passing through the same rooms several times, and not seeing more. The cruise was very beautiful and impressive. Suggestion: give more detailed directions for the meeting point , especially for the Museum (the directions given took me to a different place)

I bought tickets for the 12 noon shift, and it said on the online version that the visit ended at 7 pm. At 5:30 p.m. they let us out as it closed at 6 p.m., and we could not finish the visit.

I booked the ticket many days in advance, and my card was charged but I only got an Email saying they were working on the booking and we would be notified later. This is not acceptable behaviour. If you cannot provide the ticket directly the card should be charged when the tickets are delivered not before. It felt like we had been cheated for many days after we had paid and we were waiting till one day before the booked date to get the tickets, with no guarentee. I just feel we got lucky this time that the tickets were sent and we were not defrauded of the paid amount. The visit to the museum itself and the cruise was nice, just as we expected.

Very good were the experiences, here Louvre tour and Seine boat tour, everything worked out wonderfully. Not worked has the email with the tickets at least 12 hours before. With App and again longer waiting, it has then still worked.
