We really liked the abbey (although we went on a Saturday and it was overwhelming to be there), it is beautiful. It is a place to go for its history, its sculptures and windows and, of course, the poets' corner. The process of buying tickets and showing them at the entrance was very simple, although the indication is for the exit, the entrance is a little further to the left.

The fact that the audio guide was accessible to all ages, my children used it as a treasure hunt and thoroughly enjoyed it.

The abbey is a place that overwhelms you by the amount of history it holds, the beauty of the architecture and the art it houses and let's not forget the place of worship it is... in short, a marvel. Humanity must preserve places like this. Thank you very much

Westminster Abbeg was a great attraction and proved a good deal of history of this very historic abbey. Easy to purchase.

The ability to get tickets late the night before the visit when they were no longer available at the Abbey's website was appreciated. There was some confusion about the need for paper tickets. The confirming email (received after we had paid) said that they were required, which was impossible for us as we had no access to a printer. In response to an email inquery, customer service reiterated that paper tickets were required by Westminster Abbey. We went to the Abbey at the reservation time and found that the tiekets on my iPhone were acceptable. We informed customer service that your information was out of date, and they thanked us for bringing it to your attention.
