Our recent visit to the London Eye was truly one of the most memorable family experiences we have had in London. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was exciting and full of energy. The London Eye is such an iconic landmark, and seeing it up close was already impressive, but the actual ride exceeded all our expectations. The journey lasted around 40 minutes, and every single minute was enjoyable. As the capsule slowly moved higher, we were able to admire breathtaking panoramic views of London. The city looked absolutely beautiful from above. We could clearly see famous landmarks like Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, the River Thames, and many other stunning buildings across the city. The slow movement of the wheel gave us enough time to relax, take in the scenery, and enjoy every moment without feeling rushed. What made the experience even more special was sharing it with my family. My daughter especially loved the visit. She was so excited throughout the ride and could not stop taking pictures from every angle. The glass capsule provided such clear views that she managed to capture some amazing photos of London’s skyline. Watching her excitement and happiness made the entire experience even more meaningful for us as parents. It was wonderful to see her enjoying herself so much and creating memories she will surely remember for a long time. The capsules were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Even though there were other visitors inside, it never felt crowded. The staff members were also polite, helpful, and well organized, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. From entering the attraction to completing the ride, everything was managed professionally. Another thing we loved was the peaceful feeling once we reached the top. Looking over the city from such a height felt magical and calming at the same time. It gave us a completely different perspective of London. The views during sunset were especially stunning, with the city lights slowly beginning to shine. It created a beautiful atmosphere that made the experience even more unforgettable. The London Eye is definitely a must-visit attraction for families, tourists, and anyone wanting to enjoy one of the best views in London. It is not just a sightseeing ride; it is an experience filled with excitement, relaxation, and beautiful memories. We left with smiles on our faces and countless photos to remember the day. Overall, we had a fantastic time at the London Eye, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting London. The combination of amazing views, a relaxing 30-minute journey, and precious family moments made it worth every second. It was truly a wonderful experience, and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

The downloaded App "Dex" was great for my guided tour. What I liked about the guided tour was that it didn't follow the same route as the audio gadgets issued by the establishment. And the "Dex" tour wasn't too long, allowing me to revisit areas like the White Tower. A reminder to future visitors is that you should download the App "Dex" before you get to the Tower of London. I made the mistake thinking that my audio gadget had to be collected and stood in the line up for 15 minutes, only to be told that I had to download the App. And another nice thing about the App is that there are guided tours for other Places of Interest like Wesminster Abbey and the National Art Gallery.

Really loved the Tower of London the only thing that let it down was the guided tour via Dex. Firstly my husband couldn't access it due to it not being available on android. Secondly it wasn't made clear that you could switch to the Towers Wi-Fi to save data. Thirdly our phones ran out of battery towards the end and there was nowhere to charge them and finally due to renovations work the tour didn't start where it was supposed to so we had to go back on ourselves multiple times by which time the phone was running out of battery so I had to stop using the audio guide in order to save battery.

Despite the crowds, everything went smoothly with the pre-booked tickets. We were guided efficiently through the attractions without feeling rushed. I found it so interesting—it’s London’s oldest landmark. I’m very interested in English history, so for me, it was an absolute highlight. I definitely want to mention the Tower guards—such friendly and charming gentlemen.

The Tower of London is absolutely stunning. It’s a beautiful building, both inside and out. You’re allowed to take photos everywhere except in the Crown Jewels section. It’s really wonderful to see all the jewels and regalia. There isn’t really a set route to follow, so you have to look around a bit to see everything. (A map made this easier.) Had a delicious meal at the café—great fish and chips and coffee.

The rooms are steeped in history, and the view is stunning, offering a striking contrast between the historic, older part of the city and the modern part with its buildings. The tour of the Crown Jewels exhibition was absolutely beautiful and left us breathless.

Booked my visit to the Tower of London through Headout and it turned out to be such a smooth and worthwhile experience. Seeing the Crown Jewels in person was absolutely surreal, and the entire Tower is packed with history and iconic views. Definitely a must-do experience while in London.

A fantastic place that tells a story. The grounds are much larger than expected, and you can stroll around for hours and go inside almost everywhere. If you're in London, you simply have to visit the Tower.

An amazing experience lived the history. All staff and volunteers were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Although long queues to get in tickets allowed us to skip these which was brilliant.
