The ease of all mostly. I had no trouble buying tickets, nor did I had getting to the London Eye on time, to wait in line probably 10 minutes or so.Matthew

Using Headout was incredibly easy. The Tower of London was wonderful. We loved all the history. The Crown Jewels are, of course, exquisite. However, be prepared for a line outside and load of people indoors crowding to see the jewels. Tower Bridge was incredible. We were fortunate enough to see the bridge raise from the glass bottom floor. The Cat activity for kids was a hit and my daughter really enjoyed it.Paul

We pre-booked our tickets and upon arrival, it was just a few minutes, and we were on our way. Beautiful photos of Big Ben, Parliament, and Westminster Abbey. This was my fifth trip to London, and my fifth time riding the eye
