I want to highlight the customer service I received, which resolved an issue I had when managing the tickets. The visit itself was exceptional—both the London Eye, which was incredibly well-organized, and the boat cruise, with a guide who made the experience super fun with his very humorous comments (British humor).

Didn't realise you have to line up early, not find a "group", but once we did, the line moved fairly quickly. Tickets were for 10am and we were inside by 10:10. But the audio guide (£5) - well worth it for the extra info. Lovely buildings, interesting history. Allow at least 2.5 hours for a good look around.
