Had a great time and enjoyed the castle. Was easy to order. If I had a criticism it took about an hour for the tickets to come through from the time we ordered them, our group felt that was a bit long for an online order. Usually tickets are immediately sent when ordered on line. Otherwise was a good experience.

The purchase was smooth and fast but beware that after purchase you might need to wait 2 hours before you get ticket. In my case i got them within 15 minutes. But the automatic email says it might be delivered in 2h.

Very easy to access the castle without waiting in line and explore it without big crowds. The timing was perfect because, entering around 5:00 PM, we had the chance to enjoy a beautiful sunset.
