Initial email said tickets could take up to six hours. I only had that day. Then we called and he said the tickets had been issued. It should be an instantaneous process. Other than that easy ! Thanks

I did not love it in any way. There was no such thing as "skip the line" - queued for over an hour & 20 minutes before entering the attraction. Attraction was under-whelming - pretty much all empty rooms after a long wait to get in. Not worth the wait. Will not recommend this attraction - can see most of the "attraction" from the outside for free & no queuing...!!!

Do not book a tour at midday - even with a prior booking the line to get in was enormous. Climbing the tower is actually not essential. It just gives you city and harbour views. Better to go early, take pics and save the time.

While the experience says "skip-the-line," we were actually made to wait on line with other ticket holders for about 45 minutes - there was no other line.

Plugging in your headphones, explore the Chapel on the second floor, famous for its beautiful stained glass windows, and walk along the chambers that were once quarters for soldiers & officers, while listening to captivating stories, historical information, and fascinating anecdotes. Admire the stunning interiors of Manueline-style architecture, decorated with intricate stone carvings that depict maritime motifs, such as ropes, anchors, and sea monsters. Discover how the tower was originally built on a small island in the Tagus River, but over time, a shift in the riverbank has caused it to connect to the mainland. Climb up to the terrace of the tower, accessible via a narrow spiral staircase. It offers spectacular views of the Tagus River and the surrounding area, including the Jerónimos Monastery and the Monument to the Discoveries!
