Admire the stunning interiors of Manueline-style architecture, decorated with intricate stone carvings that depict maritime motifs, such as ropes, anchors, and sea monsters. Discover how the tower was originally built on a small island in the Tagus River, but over time, a shift in the riverbank has caused it to connect to the mainland. Climb up to the terrace of the tower, accessible via a narrow spiral staircase. It offers spectacular views of the Tagus River and the surrounding area, including the Jerónimos Monastery and the Monument to the Discoveries!
