What's not allowed

• Infants must not sit on laps during the tour.
• Drivers cannot collect payments onboard except for tips.
• Oversized luggage may have restrictions and incur extra fees.

Accessibility

• Not wheelchair accessible; RapidShuttle vehicles are not equipped for full Access/ADA services.
• Collapsible wheelchairs or scooters can be accommodated if the guest can assist with assembly and disassembly, but you must check vehicle size compatibility in advance.

• Each traveler is allowed one medium checked bag (up to 50 lbs) and one carry-on; please note that oversized luggage may have restrictions and extra fees.
• Child seats are available upon request for an additional fee.
• Waiting time is up to 30 minutes at airport or cruise port pickups and 10 minutes at other locations; extra waiting time may incur additional fees.
• Notify the operator of any delays, as no-shows after the waiting time are not refundable.
• The operator is not responsible for items left in vehicles.
• All drivers speak English, and bilingual drivers may be available upon request but are not guaranteed.
• Follow the specific curbside or meet-and-greet pickup instructions as provided in your booking confirmation.
• Ensure your phone can receive calls or texts so your driver or tour guide can contact you.
• The tour operator may use affiliate partners in case of unforeseen events at no extra cost to the guest.
