Spent a great couple of hours in this small museum. Hands on exhibitions and very informative about the life of Leonardo da Vinci. Would recommend. In a great area well served with restaurants and other smaller less busy places to,visit near by.

This smallish museum gives the visitor a look into the varied inventions and art created by this master. Some of his "inventions" are even hands on

A modest exploration of the life & work of the master, Leonardo da Vinci, shown through recreations of some of his most famous creations. Good for both children & adults, it's a fitting introduction to his extraordinary contribution to history & culture.

We randomly bumped into this museum and are so glad we paid a visit. It had air-conditioning which helped push us further to go inside. The small gift shop is fabulous too. There are lots of models of da Vinci's ideas. He was a genius. It's interactive so great for kids. No lift so take the stairs around the place.

We found this quiet museum by chance and were very impressed. This museum was full of models recreating many of Da Vincis inventions. Many of them are interactive which makes the museum more enjoyable for children. There were also paintings and drawings of Da Vincis to see. It cost 5 euros for children and students and 8 euros for adults. We found this quiet museum by chance and were very impressed. This museum was full of models recreating many of Da Vincis inventions. We chanced on this on our wandering around Venice. The entry was affordable so as it was a hot day and we were looking for shade we entered. It wasn't huge but full of models of some of da Vinci's drawings Some were fantastical and others prophetic. But all interesting and thought provoking. There was a film but it seemed to be only in Italian so we didn't linger there.

This is a very nice exhibit with a lot of good examples of things da Vinci created and explored, but its fairly rudimentary. My teen aged kids enjoyed it and learned a bit. For those more knowledgeable about da Vinci this museum is a bit rudimentary. Not a huge exhibit- in and out in about 30 minutes. An hour if you stretch it.

The value was fair (8 euro per person) - there are many of da Vinci's designs brought to life - some you are even able to try yourself. In addition to the da Vinci exhibit, the church in which it resides is great to view from inside.
