Although the ticket included a 30-minute video about the history of the site and an audio guide, when we arrived at the office, we were told that there was no video available, nor was there an audio guide. It would have been cheaper to just buy the tickets on the spot, because in the end, what we bought only gave us access, without the audio guide and explanatory video. The score of 3 is only because of the place, which is incredible. But the "experience" sold really left something to be desired.
