It was a great show, especially at 6pm with the sundowner!!! You have to see this!!! But tickets are rare. The best option is to buy tickets online before, because then you don't have to wait in the very long line before the show.Love

The tour was great! Adi Putra was an excellent driver and tour gide. He told us a lot about the Uluwatu Temple and he was our private photographer. He also protected us from the monkeys. I can highly recommend the tour, the view is stunning and the Dance unique!Rohan

See the famous Kecak Fire Dance performed at the 11th-century Uluwatu Temple—an ancient Balinese sea shrine perched on dramatic ocean cliffs. Choose from ticket-only access or upgrade to a guided tour with hotel transfers and temple entry.
Getting started
The temple gets crowded before sunset, so arrive at least 30–45 minutes early. Entry gates are located near the main parking area, and staff will scan your ticket upon arrival. Expect a brief security screening and carry a valid ID if joining a guided tour. Sarongs are provided at the entrance as a sign of respect.
What to expect
Uluwatu Temple
A historic Balinese Hindu sea temple dating back to the 11th century, Uluwatu is revered for its spiritual significance and cliffside setting, 70 meters above the Indian Ocean.
The Kecak Fire Dance Show
-
Performed in a stone amphitheater facing the ocean, with the sunset as a dramatic backdrop.
-
70–75 bare-chested male performers chant “cak-cak-cak” in hypnotic rhythm, re-enacting scenes from the Ramayana.
-
Expect fire-walking, blazing torches, and storytelling through intricate hand gestures and facial expressions.
-
The experience builds to a fiery climax that lights up the night sky—no music, just human vocals and raw energy.
-
The show runs for 60 minutes and is entirely outdoors, so weather is a factor (carry water and sun protection if needed).
