A truly wonderful experience at Mont Saint-Michel! Everything was organized very smoothly and hassle-free with the tickets we bought here on HeadOut: we arrived at the Abbey at 10:40 a.m., and the free guided tour in Italian—included with the ticket—started at 10:45 a.m. The guide was excellent—very knowledgeable yet friendly and engaging. Fantastic day out. We paid 13 euros for entry to the church everything else was free. Be prepared to walk a long way as well as steps! Quick a workout but well worth it! Absolutely fabulous day. Saw a few school kids going back across the beach/fields as the pilgrims did... might do that next year! Well worth the money and a top say out!
