Hearing the history behind the statue and all the art exhibits was truly enlightening! Our guide was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

I really liked that the routes opened up our horizon to different places we never even thought of visiting. It was accessible and employees were very nice and history was very interesting, but sometimes it started too early before we got to see the view it was talking about. Also had issues with the app where it shows when the buss will arrive at the specific station but it never matched nor it gave accurate time as to when it will come. Once it did not come at all and the app did not have that information. Overall good experience

Huge crowds glad we had this tour and Alfonso our guide was knowledgeable, funny and good looking! Shoulder to shoulder people, Alfonso managed his people's safety and experience expertly!

Je me suis rendu compte que pour visiter la galerie des offices, c'est tellement grand et riche qu'il est indispensable de beneficier de la selection prealable d'un parcours cohérent par un professionnel. C'est grace à cela que l'on à pu apprécié cette visite guidée richement illustrée .

I loved the experience! Enjoy very much. I went with my mom and she loved both wineries, the group and everything. Zora and Luciano (bus driver) were very nice, kind, friendly and funny. The only thing, I booked an spanish expirence and the explanation on the wineries were in english. I had to translate everything for my mom.

It was great to have the tickets to see all of the sights electronically. As we had booked the tour for our first full day in Florence it was great to hear the history of the cathedral, Florence and the Medici family. It helped us to decide on other places to see and linked some of the treasures we say in the museums. Anastasia, our guide, was so passionate and enthusiastic we couldn't help but feel the same about the beautiful city of Florence. Her knowledge was incredible. Highly recommended.
