The meeting point was exactly where the tour details said it would be. We were checked off on the list and at the appointed time we met our guide. The guide was engaging and gave us some great insights to what we were looking at. We were able to hear everything she said because of the microphone/headset system that she/we were using. Once she had completed her part of the guided tour, we were free to do our own thing. Although it was busy, it didn't feel as busy as the Uffizi Galleries which was absolutely no fun. I would recommend this tour experience.

VERY convenient and I used it to get all around the city 2 or 3 times. I left my c AR parked at one stop and then rode the bus all the way around to visit many places without the big Hassell associated with driving and reparking all over and over ! Thank you!!

J'aurais aimé savoir que la ligne rouge ne fonctionnait pas. Par contre le personnel de l'arrêt 7 a 11h ont été gentil de m'informer et de me joindre au groupe du trajet bleu

It was an adventure. No idea where to get on the bus. Website useless. I called the phone number " our office is closed on Sunday". I am glad I didn't throw my phone on the pavement and stomp on it a dozen times. Once we were able to figure out a jump on location, the bus was clean, staff professional and we got to see Florence better than I thought possible. Make finding jump on spots easier to find, you have a great bus

The tour covered the major attractions and tourist areas. The drivers were safe and the attendant was helpful in answering our questions. The buses were never over full and the audio guide was appreciated for information. The tracking app is slow and not very accurate for the schedule

Both routes were lovely but some of the audio plug stations didn't work Probably compared to the hop on hop off buses we have done in New York, London & Paris this was not the best as fare as guided info Still enjoyed the experience

The Blue Line covers Florence's historic heart — Santa Croce, Piazzale Michelangelo, and the artisan streets near Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral.

Hop on hop off bus was great but the highlight was the guided tour of the catherdral so much knowledge it was definitely worth it

Got to see the city- but the line that went through the main attractions was closed so we stayed in the perimeter mostly

From Largo Alinari:

Hop-on hop-off tour - Line B - Red Line

The Red Line takes you beyond central Florence toward scenic hillside stops and nearby Fiesole, giving you time to explore quieter neighbourhoods, viewpoints, and cultural landmarks at your own pace.

Schedule

From Piazzale Galileo:

First bus: 11am

Last bus: 4pm

End of service: 5:56pm

Frequency: Every 60 mins

Popular stops: Fiesole, Museo Del Calcio, San Domenico

What's not allowed

Bulky luggage and large backpacks are not permitted on board.

Accessibility

Wheelchair users can board only buses fitted with a footboard and a dedicated wheelchair space.

Wheelchairs must be secured with safety belts and brakes locked while the bus is in motion.

Only one wheelchair is permitted per bus at a time.
