The fellows doing check in were good and organised, and very professionally helped people who weren't booked in on our tour to find their group. We skipped the line in easily. Galya was knowledgeable and fun. She told us so many interesting facts and stories, and took lots of photos of us in front of David, and was very patient with our questions. I left my sun hat at security on the way in but didn't notice till near the end of the tour. Galya happily came with me and spoke to a guard and my hat and I were reunited. One of our group wandered off before giving back her radio thingy. Galya chased her down and retrieved it nicely. I highly recommend her and this tour.

La visita guiada en español fue una experiencia maravillosa. La guia, que creo recordar que se llamaba Laura , nos explicó muy bien las obras más relevantes de la galeria Uficci con aportaciones curiosas e interesantes que atrajeron la atención de todo el grupo desde los más jóvenes a los más mayores.

La visita a la Galería de la Academia estuvo genial, la guía nos explicó de forma detallada sobre David datos importantes, y sobre otras esculturas y pinturas que se encuentran en la galería , ampliamente recomendado el tour.

Foi ótimo não pegar a fila de entrada. A guia elisa foi atenciosa e nos deu vários detalhes sobre michelangelo e suas obtas expostas, assim como de outros quadros e partes do museu.

Realmente merece la pena hacer la visita guiada. Nuestro guía, Roger, nos explicó no solo el David de Miguel Angel con todos sus detalles, "secretos", curiosidades y historia, sino también algunos de los cuadros más importantes de la galería. Cuando reservamos la visita guiada, la reservamos a las 13h, pero nos llamaron para ver si pudiéramos cambiarla a las 16h. Sin problemas, estamos de vacaciones y somos flexibles, y cuando llegamos a las 16h nos ofrecieron agua, refrescos y nos reglarán unas láminas numeradas preciosas de cuadros de pintores míticos. Todo fue perfecto, la atención, la amabilidad y nuestro guía Roger un 10!

Mary was our English speaking guide for the day and she was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the paintings, sculptures and to our delight, the musical instruments. We were excited to see an original Stradavarius violin and learn about its origins and commission. We booked this tour very last minute (about 30 mins prior to the start time). Communication with the provider was excellent and the ability to skip the loooooong line in a middle of a heatwave was such a blessing. I 100% recommend this tour. Thank you Mary for sharing your knowledge and making the tour something to remember.
